The Costa del Sol has real Cannabis Social Clubs in three towns west and east of Málaga city.

Where the Clubs Are

Shiva is in San Pedro Alcántara, near Marbella. Budhouse 420 is in Benalmádena, and Smoking Kong is in Fuengirola, both within easy reach of Málaga along the coast.

Cannabis Laws on the Costa del Sol

Cannabis is decriminalised for personal use inside a private members' association, but never legal for public consumption — not on the beach, on the promenade, or anywhere in public. Every real club listed on Canna-Maps is a private, non-profit association: there's no walk-in retail model, and turning up without membership won't get you through the door.

Membership Rules

To join any of these clubs you need to be at least 18, carry valid government ID — passport, DNI, or NIE — and complete that club's own registration process.
