Cannabis is decriminalised for personal use inside a private members' association, but never legal for public consumption — not on the beach, in the street, or anywhere in public. La Rambla 19, like every real club listed on Canna-Maps, is a private, non-profit association: there's no walk-in retail model.
Membership Rules
