Where the Clubs Are
Tenerife has the most established scene, with real clubs from Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos in the south to Puerto de la Cruz on the historic north coast — see our full Tenerife guide. Cannabis Laws in the Canary Islands
Cannabis is decriminalised for personal use inside a private members' association under Spain's national framework, but never legal for public consumption anywhere across the archipelago — not on the beach, in the street, or in a vehicle. Every real club listed on Canna-Maps is a private, non-profit association: there's no walk-in retail model, and turning up without membership won't get you through the door.
Membership Rules
To join any Canary Islands CSC you need to be at least 18 (some associations require 21+), carry valid government ID — passport, DNI, or NIE — and complete that club's own registration process.
